Sake bona fides!

I became a Certified Sake Professional after participating in an intensive and fun professional sake course held in Las Vegas by sake expert and author John Gauntner. No immediate plans to quit my day job and start working at a sake bar, but I hope I can write about the fermented rice beverage from a more educated and informed perspective now.
